
CANCELLATION POLICY

​CANCEL A FULL 24hrs BEFORE
For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made a full 24 hours prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Thursday of that week before check in time.

​FAILURE TO CANCEL A FULL 24hrs BEFORE
If the guest cancels less than 24 hours before check-in, the first night is non-refundable.

​CANCELLATION AFTER ARRIVAL
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the night less than 24 hours from the time of cancelation (& any nights actually spent of course) must be paid for.

METHOD OF CANCELLATION
In general, telephone cancellation is preferred. In cases were you cannot cancal by telephone (e.g. if the office is closed), you should cancell using the same medium you used to book the reservation. If you booked using our website, cancel using our website. If you book useing a third party booking agent, then cancel using the same agent. Of course you can cancel by sending an email to calliandras.apt@gmail.com.
